A generous helping of free games has landed for PC users, however, this hot deal won’t hang around for long.

There’s a lot going on for PC gamers at the moment.

Not only are 28 free games available to keep forever this September, but there’s also the huge new Baldur’s Gate 3 expansion to sink your teeth into.

Fancy a break from gaming? Check out the Joker: Folie à Deux instead

Options are hardly limited.

If you’re indecisive about where to start first, we’re sorry to add more choices for you to grapple with, but there’s now £70 of free games up for grabs, as well.

Although Free Steam Games is a Twitter account predominately used to share news about Steam titles (what a shocker), it doesn’t discriminate just because freebies are available elsewhere.

This is why we’re now aware of two experiences becoming free to download and play until 5pm CET/4pm BST on 12 September.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts and Football Manager 2024 are on the Epic Games store for nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. The big goose egg (that’s a reference for all you Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds fans).

Both titles contrast in style, narrative – just about everything really.

It’s an ideal double whammy for those who want to span the video game genres, traversing from the mature themes of a “realistic modern warfare” game to the highs and lows of the beautiful game.

Most would consider that a decent offering, however, if you really can’t find anything of note in those two freebies, there’s a free download on Steam you might want to check out instead.

This is one for the horror lovers amongst you.

Best described as a mix between Skyrim and Resident Evil, this download is proving quite the hit with players who've dared to try.

Of course, out of the three titles I’ve listed, two are a limited time only deal, meaning you need to act fast to take advantage of this Epic Games offer before it’s gone.
