Prime Video’s Fallout series was a colossal success, hugely boosting the profile of the already acclaimed Fallout franchise but that resurgence in hype is waning.

That’s only to be expected. The series premiered over three months ago.

While the chatter may have died down though, there are still plenty of us enjoying Bethesda’s iconic video game series.

Following the TV series’ premiere, Fallout 4 finally received its new-gen update while more recently, Fallout 76 players have been able to dive into the Skyline Valley expansion.

It’s simply a shame that Bethesda cannot capitalise on this success and build up hype for Fallout 5 but as we know, that game is many, many years away.

Instead, devs are working on The Elder Scrolls VI and post-launch support for Starfield.

That doesn’t mean that we’re to be totally devoid of new content.

Next year, Fallout 76 players will be able to play as Ghouls for the first time ever and, of course, there’s a wealth of fan content.

Fallout: London is set to land soon although there is one condition to be met if you want to play it.

Fallout 4 players on PC can also add drivable vehicles to the game thanks to an incredible new mod.

ICYMI: We played snog, marry, irradiate with the cast of Fallout. Take a look below.

As reported by DSOGaming, ‘Driveables of the Commonwealth - Wasteland Havok’ is the work of NexusMods user BlahBlahDEEBlahBlah.

The mod adds 10 cars in total.

Those are: Angry Bob’s The Joker, Angry Bob’s Interloper, Highwayman Fox, Highwayman Edge, Desoto, Charger, Hot Rod, King Truck, a variation of Hot Rod, and a variation of King Truck.

Of course, you’ll need to be enjoying Fallout 4 on PC in order to download this mod but if you tick that box, it’s completely free to nab.

The modder notes that you should not uninstall the mod whilst driving a vehicle, nor should you load a previous save while driving a vehicle.

The mod remains a work in progress, so you may find additional content added over time. There’s plenty to keep you busy for now though. Enjoy!
