Fallout 4 London has just received a brand new expansion called Let Down City, and it’s proof this game will never die.
It’s been nearly ten years since Fallout 4 came out, and in that time we’ve had loads of new content to enjoy in the form of DLC and mods.
First there were the rather excellent Far Harbor and Nuka World DLC, plus many fan-made expansions over the years giving it new life.
Let Down City is the latest in a long line of fan mods for Fallout 4, specifically the Fallout 4: London expansion, that achieves exactly this, proving that this game will live on forever.

The mod adds a brand new underground area (the titular “Let Down City”) with multiple workshops, player homes, and voiced NPCs.
There’s new armour, secret areas, and music too which really fleshes it out as a decently-sized mod. Worth a nosey in my eyes, if you already have the London expansion installed.
If you’re a bit curious about how the mod plays in motion, mod author WitherAwayy has uploaded a 28-minute video exploring the expansion and everything it has to offer. You can watch it below.

“Let Down City is a mod that I've been working on for quite a few months now,” writes WitherAwayyy. “I imagined it as one giant mash up of everything that I've learned making mods over the past year.
“I wanted to put a bit of a cyber punk dystopian theme on it. I made multiple workshop settlements, and player homes for both kinds of players. There's tons of OP gear, and items to find. There's some terminal entries, notes, and holotapes scattered about to interact with. I added a ton of generic npcs to breathe life into the living spaces.”
Let Down City is available to download from Nexus Mods for Fallout 4 London.
It isn’t available on consoles, so I'm afraid you’re out of luck if you’re a PS5 or Xbox player.
