Pokémon New LEGO Set To Be 7th Biggest Of All-Time

It's going to be huge!

An upcoming Pokémon LEGO set is said to be the seventh biggest of all time.

Ever since Pokémon Red and Green launched on the Nintendo Game Boy in 1996, it has become one of the most popular franchises of all time, spanning across TV and film, countless merchandise, trading cards and more.

Later this year, fans are eagerly awaiting its next big video game release with Pokémon Legends: Z-A coming to Nintendo Switch and the Switch 2.

However, that’s not the only Pokémon goodness we’ve got to look forward to, because Pokémon is coming to LEGO next year.

Previously, not taking into account cheap knock-offs, the best and closest thing we’ve had to official LEGO was with the fantastic Mega Construx sets. But soon, LEGO fans will no doubt be able to build beloved characters such as Pikachu, Charmander, and Squirtle.

As reported by VGC (aia LEGOLeak on Reddit), the LEGO Pokémon sets could be priced between $59.99 (£45) and $649.99 (£480). What’s more, the most expensive set will reportedly consist of 6,838 pieces.

That being said, it’s worth keeping in mind that all unconfirmed rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt until proven otherwise.

  • UCS LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon (7,541 pieces)
  • LEGO Star Wars AT-AT (6,785 pieces)

  • LEGO Icons – The Lord Of The Rings: Rivendell (6,167 pieces)
  • LEGO NINJAGO City Markets (6,163 pieces)
  • LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle (6,020 pieces)

At the time of writing, we don't know exactly what Pokémon LEGO sets are coming or exact dates, but we’ll update you once we learn more.

As for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, that is scheduled to be released on 16 October 2025.
