Mass Effect 5 romance options roasted by thirsty fans

Mass Effect 5’s romance options are already being discussed by fans, showing us where they’re priorities lie.

We know very little about the next Mass Effect game but ex-BioWare developers believe the series is in good hands despite previous failures like Anthem.

Whether it’s actually called Mass Effect 5 or not is up in the air as it could very well take a similar name to Mass Effect: Andromeda, distancing itself from the spectacular trilogy of games that came before it.

We also don’t know what kind of story or gameplay we’ll be seeing, but that hasn’t stopped fans from theorising what could be and making lists of what they’ll do first.

Reddit user NoSoyVerde1 asked the community what they’re expecting from the next game in the series, with many fans stating what they’d like to see and be able to do when it launches on its undisclosed release date.

Answers varied from the game mechanics borrowed from the new Dragon Age game, as well as what story elements they’d like to see explored.

However, an off-set of fans decided the first thing they’re going to do will be get busy with a number of different alien species, like one fan who wants to “romance a Turian.”

“I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favourite cloaca on the citadel,” another fan mockingly added.

Some requests went further than mere side content as well, as one future player is hoping to see a “harem ending” involving “a turian, salarian, quarian, geth, Asari, drell, and krogan; with a volus gimp.”

Given that Mass Effect games are known for their long-list of romance options there’ll no doubt be plenty of alien boinking in the next game, and you just know there’ll be speedrun challenges for bonking as many as possible before the end credits.
