Following the success of Marvel Rivals, developer NetEase is continuing its deep dive into the Marvel universe by launching another free-to-play title.

Released back in December, PvP hero shooter Marvel Rivals presented some much-needed competition for the genre and allowed players to take on the role of some of their favourite Marvel superheroes.

With the hero shooter going from strength to strength, it seems like its developers NetEase have moved on to similar projects.

As such, it has revealed the release date for its upcoming mobile game Marvel Mystic Mayhem.

The Marvel RPG was first announced back in 2024 and now it seems as though its development has already come on in leaps and bounds as it is set to be released on 25 June on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Additionally, players can already pre-register now in order to unlock some limited edition goodies.

Marvel Mystic Mayhem will, once again, feature some of our favourite superheroes who must face off against villains in order to stop Nightmare.

Consisting of teams of three, groups can consist of a large selection of heroes such as Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man, and more.

More specifically, Marvel Mystic Mayhem will launch with 22 heroes and even features some that aren’t available in Marvel Rivals such as Sleepwalker, Mister Negative, Lady Bullseye, and more.

As with most mobile games, especially if they are free, you can expect microtransactions and a gacha-style system which will allow you to unlock heroes and villains using in-game currency and challenges.

However, if you want a head start, you can pre-register for Marvel Mystic Mayhem right now.

You can pre-register on the official game website to secure some rewards such as the in-game currency Mysterium Coin as well as free heroes and avatars.

Additionally, new goodies will unlock based on the amount of pre-register milestones met. They are as follows:

  • 100K Pre-Registrations: 50,000 Mysterium Coins
  • 500K Pre-Registrations: 20 Wonderous Norn Stones (Normal)
  • 1 Million Pre-Registrations: Psylocke
  • 2 Million Pre-Registrations: Exclusive Avatar
  • 5 Million Pre-Registrations: 10 Shadow Keys

Marvel Mystic Mayhem launches on 25 June.
