Kill Humans And Sell Them As Food In This Disgusting Horror Game

Ravenous Devils has been compared to Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barbour of Fleet Street as you cook up poor unsuspecting customers.

There have been plenty of delectable games set during the Victorian era over the years. A period of duality, it is the perfect setting to contrast the decadent advancements of technology with the devastating poverty that most people found themselves in.

Every city had its grisly underbelly and you can see that reflected in Victorian-set games. Bloodborne, The Order 1886, and Alice: Madness Returns all share a dark side as players hack and slash their way to completion. But if you thought things couldn’t get darker, you’re wrong. The latest Victorian-inspired title to be released makes those games look like a blissful walk in the park.

Take a look at the trailer for Ravenous Devils below... if you dare.

Bad Vice Games’ Ravenous Devils was released in April to very little fanfare - but thanks to a viral TikTok, it’s now getting a ton of attention due to its incredibly disturbing premise. If you’ve ever dreamt of playing a horror cooking simulator, what is wrong with you - but also, I have just the game for you. Ravenous Devils is exactly that. You kill people, cook them, and sell your fleshy wares. Help.

User madmorph created the TikTok which compared Ravenous Devils to the film Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street which starred Johnny Depp. If you didn’t know, Sweeney Todd would kill his customers with a razor before selling their corpses as meat pies. If the thought of that doesn’t make you sick, you can play as tailors and pub owners Percival and Hildred in Ravenous Devils, who also kill customers before then feeding them to the pub’s patrons.

The official synopsis reads: “Manage a tailor shop and corpse-cooking business in a city where crime, corruption and poverty are commonplace. Percival and Hildred have just moved here with nothing but a dream: to get extremely rich. Take control of Percival to manage the tailor shop, wait for the arrival of clients looking for new suits and dresses, kill them when the moment is right, and throw them down the trap door, leading to the kitchen.”

A “corpse-cooking business” is not a phrase I thought I’d ever encounter. Personally, the premise makes me want to hide in a corner thinking happy thoughts - but if you fancy cooking up a corpse, be my guest.
