Before long, Prime Video’s Fallout will conclude its second season with just three episodes left to air.
I won’t delve into specifics, but we’re all desperate to see the, uh, fallout of THAT cliffhanger.
If you hadn’t heard, the series’ third season is set to commence filming in May, so it could reasonably land in late 2027.
It’s a damned good job because Bethesda isn’t exactly very forthcoming with any new Fallout video game projects.

Fallout 5 is supposedly in development, but it could easily be a decade away, especially as the studio is focused on The Elder Scrolls VI.
There are rumours that Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas may be remastered, but said rumours have been around for quite some time.
Personally, if you need to scratch the Fallout itch, I’d urge you to check out the very well supported Fallout 76 which has just welcomed a brand new update.
One For The Brotherhood Fans
As reported by PCGamesN, the update is available on Fallout 76’s public test server, so will roll out to all players in due course.

It’s essentially a balance update, but it makes some key power armour changes that should boost the quality-of-life of your gameplay experience.
Bethesda has essentially reduced the weight of both armour and power armour which I, for one, am relieved to hear.
Nothing irks me more than Bethesda’s obsession over encumbrance, and I’m glad that transporting armour has now been made that tiny bit easier.
The iconic T-51 power armour has also been tweaked so that its Cyro resistance is more effective. Similarly, Hazmat Suits boast better radiation resistance.

PCGamesN adds that, in total, over 50 armour mods have been adjusted, including a number of perks too.
All in all, these subtle changes are great news for anyone with a preference for the Brotherhood.
Other tweaks include changes to the Gauss Minigun and UI, as well as Pip-Boy fixes.

If you’re someone who’s been watching the second season of Fallout thinking, “Perhaps it’s finally time I try one of the games,” I would urge you to give Fallout 76 a go.
If you ask me, it’s a great place to start as a MMO. It’s leaps and bounds above what it was when the game launched, allowing you to simply meander in the world of Fallout at your own pace.
If you do like what you play, from there, you might want to graduate onto Fallout: New Vegas or Fallout 4.
