Fallout Gamers Surprised With Major New Update

It may not be Fallout 5 but Bethesda has just announced an exciting new update heading to Fallout 76 and this one will allow you to take your C.A.M.P. to new and impressive heights.

First released back in 2018, Fallout 76 marked the first multiplayer entry in the Fallout franchise and despite having a less-than-positive reception, the Bethesda RPG has gone from strength to strength in recent years.

With regular major updates and plenty of new content, there has never been a better time to dive into Fallout 76 and this newest patch proves just that.

“It’s C.A.M.P. flipping season! Today’s #Fallout76 update is available now and gives you the tools to take your C.A.M.P. to new heights,” the official Tweet reads.

“What are you excited to build?”

Known as the Construction and Assembly Mobile Platforms, C.A.M.P.s are portable bases that players are able to customise to their heart’s content.

With the ability to place it almost anywhere, you can make your own home yours as well as use it to create structures, craft items, store your belongings and even place your own vendor to trade with other players.

This brand-new update is known as ‘C.A.M.P Revamp’ and now thanks to relaxed building restrictions, players will be able to place their homes in more places than ever before across the Fallout 76 map.

Featuring a new streamlined menu, you will be able to build and place objects with ease.

“Do it your way, don’t let the mockers of good taste stop you,” the official trailer reminds you.

As with every major update, there are plenty of patch notes to get your teeth stuck into and C.A.M.P Revamp is no exception.

If you take a look for yourself, you will see that there are hundreds of new additions and features in Fallout 76 courtesy of this renovation-based update so if you are looking for an excuse to return to Appalachia, let this be it.
