Fallout players have discovered a super secret underground bunker in Fallout 4 that many of us may not have known existed.
The Fallout series is one of Bethesda’s most popular properties alongside The Elder Scrolls. For years, players have been immersed in both RPG series thanks to their gripping stories, interesting NPCs, and enticing worlds that encourage exploration.
For a map as huge as the one in Fallout 4, it makes sense that Bethesda hid tons of secrets, with many yet to be or only recently discovered, such as the sneaky bunker that is the topic of today’s story.

“Do whatever you want in a massive Commonwealth with hundreds of locations, characters and quests,” reads the synopsis of Fallout 4. “As the sole survivor of Vault 111, only you can rebuild and determine the fate of the Wasteland. Join multiple factions vying for power or go it alone - the choices are yours.”
So, what and where is this hidden bunker in Fallout 4, I hear you ask? Well, the answer might surprise you.
“A couple of years ago, I bought Fallout 4, I wasn't too far into the game and my daughter found a hidden bunker in a field that had a booby trapped door,” said NotfromArkansas243. “I think it was near some power lines. Do any of you know what I'm talking about and its location?”
“That's actually a random encounter, so it can appear in different locations,” replied OverseerConey.

“Hold up, there's a random encounter bunker?” responded ReverendBelial.
To which the perfectly named OverseerConey replied once more, “Yeah, it's one of a few different random encounters with objects in the world. It's called ‘The Hatch.’”
Unfortunately, there's no way to trigger the random event so you'll just have to hope you stumble across it.
Fallout 4 is out now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It’s also included with Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium. So why not fire up the game and hunt down that bunker for yourself?
