Fallout 4 might have received some criticism when it launched for having too many inaccessible buildings and areas, but it's still chock full of secrets and locations to explore, even as an experienced player of 10 years plus.
As well as there being well over a hundred marked locations on the map for players, there are also a ton of unmarked points of interest and little Easter eggs that make the Commonwealth feel much more real.
Given the renewed popularity of the franchise, brought about by the release of the second season of the excellent adaptation on Prime Video, new players are stepping into the wastes for the first time.
Though I would definitely encourage you to get out there and track down all the fun for yourself, there is perhaps one location that could prove very useful, if you know how to get there going in.

How to Get to the Fallout 4 Treasure Trove
As first reported by Screen Rant, the location you are looking for is an unmarked bank in the Fens area of Boston, towards the centre of the map. To get there, you'll need to head to Back Street Apparel, then move one street further South to find the bank itself.
The location was first pointed out by a keen explorer on Reddit, and it really is difficult to state just how chock full of valuable loot this place is. In total there are sixteen wall safes for you to crack (with locks ranging from Advanced to Master difficulty) as well as a bunch of gold bars resting on shelves.

It also has some fun lore because if you head over there you'll find two skeletons, who were in the process of robbing the bank when the bombs dropped a couple of hundred years before the events of the game.
There are plenty of other unmarked locations in Fallout 4 that are well worth visiting, even if they don't quite match up to the one above in terms of raw loot.
Milton Parking Garage is opposite the marked Milton General Hospital location, and if you head over there you will find some worthwhile gear, including a mini-nuke and stat magazine, as well as some fun enemy encounters.
There are plenty more out there that are worth popping into if you're on the way past though, so get out into the Commonwealth and see what's around.
