Time is of the essence within The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Coen is equipped with 30 days and 30 nights to save his family from vrakhiri leader Brencis unless, of course, you let that countdown expire and choose to avenge your family instead of save them.
While there is plenty of time to tackle most of the gameâs main quest lines, you wonât be able to eliminate every single bandit camp, clear every murohn lair, and follow every will-o-the-wisp.
Weâve already shared our best time-saving tips but today, Iâm here to deliver something a little bit different; The Blood of Dawnwalker is hiding a quest that actually reverses time.

I say itâs âhidingâ, you can technically freely stumble upon the quest at any time but it was a very late discovery for me in my playthrough, and it looks like Iâm not alone after scouring social media.
Itâs the âGood Homeâ quest that youâre going to want to find for starters which unlocks after the prologue.
The quest is located within the Svartrau Outskirts region. Thereâs a road running to the left hand side of Yawning Burrow.
Follow the road north from the nearby Sandy Gorge shrine and you should find the quest giver Heile by following some glowing lights that appear.
âGood Homeâ is the first of the âLetters to Lunkaâ Sanzhani questline

Heile will ask you to look for her brother Oghasti. Iâm not going to spoil the entirety of the quest, so Iâll just say work through the intrsuctions from here.
Itâs all of the usual fare, pointing you in the direction of new locations where youâll need to scour for clues, collect several of a certain item, and return back.
At a certain point in the quest, though, youâll meet Sanzhani Tsarina, a fairy who claims to boast the ability to communicate with your kidnapped sister Lunka.
Once the âGood Homeâ quest is completed, four new quests will appear: âCome Hitherâ, âBurrow Sorrowsâ, âPearly and Preciousâ and âTiny Dancerâ.
Sanzhani Tsarina will willingly contact Lunka, but youâre then encouraged to help track down fellow Sanzhani in exchange for additional messages to Lunka.
âCome Hitherâ, âBurrow Sorrowsâ, âPearly and Preciousâ and âTiny Dancerâ are how youâll track down those Sanzhani with new quest markers appearing on the map.
After finding a fairy, you can return to Tsarina with another question to send to Lunka. Players do need to wait a night for a response though.

On average, each Sanzhani quest takes around two segments of time, so youâre looking at a maximum of eight time segments required for this.
Once youâve completed the Sanzhani questline, youâll get the âThe Tsarinaâs Favourite Humanâ trophy and Tsarina will offer you a very special reward, one full day of in-game time.
Thatâs eight day segments and eight night segments.
Of course, you have to factor in how much time you need to complete the quest. You need a minimum of seven to find each Sanzhani and at least two to complete âGood Homeâ.
That brings the time required to complete the overarching âLetters to Lunkaâ quest to a minimum of nine segments and a maximum of 15; it all comes down to the choices you make.
Either way, youâre getting free time back and an opportunity to deepen your understanding of Coenâs relationship with Lunka, so itâs a quest well worth doing.

As a side note, if youâre trying to complete the âA Bulwark Against Darknessâ quest to build the Arbiter armour set, you can purchase the Silk Thread required from Tsarina as sheâll eventually become a special merchant.
The thread does cost 5,750 denarii, so youâll need to have your coffers stocked.
