Do you want to claim some Elden Ring freebies to celebrate the launch of the highly anticipated expansion Shadow of the Erdtree? Well, of course you do.

When Elden Ring was released in February 2022 for PC, PlayStation and Xbox, it became yet another hit for famed developer FromSoftware. Praised for its sense of adventure, epic boss battles and challenging gameplay loop, Elden Ring will no doubt go down in history as one of the best video games of all time.

Check out the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree trailer below!

A year after its release, FromSoftware and publisher Bandai Namco announced the game's first expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree. Alas, 12 months on, Shadow of the Erdtree has arrived and it has not disappointed its legion of fans.

In our review of the expansion, we said, “All in all, Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree is a fitting conclusion to FromSoftware’s biggest, and most-successful title to date. It guides the player by the hand into a brand-new world of mystery and intrigue, treats them to some of the most memorable fights in the series, and rounds things off the only way FromSoftware knows how, leaving you wondering what the hell just happened.”

Yet, if you want more Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree goodness, then you’re in the right place, dear fellow Tarnished and wanderer of the Lands Between, because you can claim these free avatars to download right now.

Bandai Namco / Author's own

By registering your copy of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree on Bandai Namco Club with the code found on the flyer of physical copies, you can claim three avatars featuring the followers of Miquella. I’m not sure how these are claimed with digital purchases, but hopefully, you’ll receive an email once you’ve played the expansion on your platform of choice with an internet connection.

As far as I’m aware, there is no expiry date to claim the free avatars but you might want to claim them ASAP, just in case. Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is out now.
