With rumours circulating online earlier this week that another Cyberpunk 2077 DLC may be on the cards, it seems as though they were correct with CD Projekt RED making an official announcement overnight.
Earlier this week saw one eagle-eyed Cyberpunk 2077 fan notice that a Virtuous employee had marked a new project related to the CD Projekt RED RPG on their LinkedIn page.
Many believed that this could mean another big update for Cyberpunk 2077 considering that Virtuous is the studio which helped CDPR with its most recent 2.2 Update and it would seem as though they were correct.

During a REDstream which aired last night, the developers announced that it had been “cooking in secret for a bit” and that Cyberpunk 2.3 would be launching on 26 June.
This comes after CDPR previously stated that it had wrapped up all development on the RPG to work on other projects such as a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and The Witcher 4.
Oh, how we have been lied to.
Nevertheless, this is incredible news as fans can look forward to brand-new content for Cyberpunk 2077 once again.

As of right now, we don’t yet know what will be included in the 2.3 Update but if it is anything like the previous one, it will feature a lot of new content.
Update 2.2 provided players with 100s of new cosmetics, an overhauled vehicle system, an improved photomode and much more.
With 2.3, fans are hoping that there will be a lot more story content, including possible missions and side activities.
However, CD Projekt RED’s Marcin Momot is urging fans to be patient as the team works away on the update.
