It’s less than a month to go until the highly anticipated Battlefield 6 finally drops.
All signs point to the game being a banger based on feedback to the game’s recent playtests.
Let’s face it, it’s exactly what the franchise needs; EA cannot afford to repeat Battlefield 2042’s mistakes.
In the meantime, those counting down to Battlefield 6’s release can bag several free gifts by loading up the aforementioned Battlefield 2042.

It’s thankfully in a much better state than it was in 2021.
You may have overlooked the fact that DICE recently dropped a free battle pass in Battlefield 2042 where players can secure a number of Battlefield 6 rewards.
Those are rewards that can actually be used within Battlefield 6, transferring over when the game drops.
As reported by MP1ST, this has clearly been a successful tactic as it saw Battlefield 2042’s playbase increase by over 500%.
The ‘Road to Battlefield 6’ pass features six tiers of rewards.
At Tier 8, players will unlock the following Battlefield 1 era rewards:
At Tier 19, you’ll gain these Battlefield V era items:
Battlefield Bad Company 2 features in the Tier 30 rewards:
Next up is Battlefield 3 at Tier 40:
Tier 49 brings Battlefield 4 inspired items:
Finally, Tier 60 will set you net some Battlefield 2042 goodies:
This means that you’re going to need to grind a ton of XP between now and Battlefield 6’s launch.
To combat this, DICE has just dropped an update allowing for Tier Skip on this battle pass but that means spending real life cash which defeats the purpose of the battle pass being free.
But it’s up to you whether you grind, cough up the money, or skip on these rewards altogether.
It just doesn’t seem right to pay for free rewards, if you ask me.
