You Can Get $6500 Worth Of Games, Music And Books In This $10 Bundle

If you like video games and supporting good causes, have I got the deal for you. Over on Itch.io right now (and available for the next nine days), you can buy the Bundle for Ukraine, which contains hundreds of games and other content worth over $6500. The cost to you? As little as ten dollars.
There are almost 1,000 different items included (broken down into about 600 games, 300 analog tabletop RPGs, and a whole bunch of books, zines, soundtracks, and more), which have been contributed by over 700 different creators. Some of the highlights, game wise, include Celeste and Super Hexagon - both of which feature in GAMINGbible's top 100 greatest games of all time list - as well as Superhot, Minit, Wandersong, Baba is You, and A Short Hike.

Although there’s some amazing games in there, that’s not what this bundle is all about - it’s about helping those who are being affected by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. “The people of Ukraine are under attack. As game developers we want to create new worlds, not to destroy the one we have,” the bundle’s description reads. “That’s why we've banded together to present this charity bundle to help Ukrainians survive this ordeal and thrive after the war ends.”
You can pay as little as $10 for the bundle, but are encouraged to give more if you can. Proceeds from the sales will be split 50/50 across two different charities - International Medical Corps, who provide medical assistance to Ukraine, and Voices of Children, a Ukrainian organisation who help children cope with war and PTSD, and readjust to life and school. According to the Itch.io page, they’ve also been doing a lot of impromptu work during the crisis, including setting up shelters.
This isn’t the only way that video game developers have been supporting the people of Ukraine - 11 Bit Studios are just one team who have been donating their profits from game sales to help those in need. As of last week, the studio announced that they’d managed to raise over £500,000 from the sales of This War of Mine and its DLCs.
