He has a particular eye for the soulslike genre having played Dark Souls more times than he can count, and is also an avid retro game collector/player.
Sam decided on journalism before he'd even taken his GCSEs, and later studied journalism and PR at the University of Salford, before working at local newspapers and PR before his time at GAMINGbible, where he has covered some of the biggest annual events in the game industry like Summer Game Fest, Gamescom and The Game Awards.
