The death of Scarlet Witch is a murky one. On the one hand, it can be seen as a woman driven mad by her loss only to destroy herself and what she became.

On the other, we have the revelations of the latest episode of Agatha All Along, which seemingly twisted all of what happened to Wanda Maximoff.

Agatha All Along is moving at a clip and gathering steam as we near the finale.

It should be apparent that this article will contain spoilers for Agatha All Along’s latest episode, so you’ve been warned.

In Episode Six of the show, we got a lengthy flashback scene featuring the Teen’s Bar Mitzvah, though he's still William Kaplan at this point.

There was a surprising guest at the shindig, none other than Lilia.

She was there to provide a form of entertainment in her readings of the future and she certainly did that for William.

Later in the episode, we see the car accident that ended up merging the consciousness of William with Billy Maximoff, Wanda’s son.

However, before the accident occurs, we get a glimpse of Lilia slipping a charm into William’s pocket, one that will hide him from Wanda’s search, preventing her from finding her son.

Of course, we know what happens from there. Wanda’s emotions take over, drive her to do horrible things and she brings a mountain down on top of herself to prevent the path of destruction she was on.

So, while Wanda committed the act that brought about her death, the path was laid by Lilia having prevented Wanda from being able to locate her son.

While Lilia didn’t wield a dagger or use magical forces to bring about the demise of everyone’s favourite witch, she certainly doesn’t have clean hands in this situation.

The bigger question here now is, what will Billy/Teen/Wiccan do next?

Will Wanda make a return in a fabulous comic book style and realise the sleight of hand shenanigans?

Whatever’s next, it’s sure to be explosive as the show nears its finale.
