Whether you like it or not, Hollywood isn’t yet ready to shift away from its reliance on cameos.
I admit, I’m growing tired of them now.
While, at first, they were fun, it’s since become a tiresome trick.

This whole fad can be attributed to Marvel’s decision to explore the concept of the multiverse.
When you’ve got every cinematic universe in existence at your disposal, should be able to acquire usage rights, you can perhaps understand why you might be drawn into bringing back a beloved old favourite.
And that worked, to begin with.
If I think back to No Way Home, it was a joy to see Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men back on screen alongside some iconic villains.

Since then though, we’ve seen cameos in Wandavision, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, Deadpool & Wolverine … it’s hardly something that feels new anymore.
The novelty has, for me at least, worn off with cameos now just feeling like a cheap trick.
They’re not going away anytime soon though as it’s rumoured that the upcoming Agatha All Along is set to feature perhaps the most bizarre yet.
Take a look at the trailer for Agatha All Along below.
Agatha All Along, the long awaited spin-off of Wandavision, is finally set to premiere tomorrow on 18 September.

In the series, Agatha will attempt to regain her powers following the spell that was cast upon her by Wanda in the aforementioned Wandavision - sending her on a journey along the Witches’ Road.
So-called insiders are claiming online that the series is due to feature a cameo from, you won’t see this one coming, Selena Gomez as Alex Russo.
If you’re thinking, ‘Who?’, I can explain as this caters to a very specific demographic.
As you may be aware, Selena Gomez originally made a name for herself on the Disney Channel.

Well, it was for playing the character of Alex Russo in the comedy Wizards of Waverly Place.
As a character owned by Disney, could Alex Russo be making a multiversal hop to appear in Agatha All Along?
It would be unexpected as the character hasn’t been spotted in 11 years, but neither is it out of the realm of possibility.
I guess all we can do is sit tight and watch the show unfold.
