It appears that Marvel has been dangling Doctor Strange 3 in our faces without us ever knowing.
At least, that’s what this tease seems to be saying from industry insider DanielRPK.
Marvel is back in cinemas next year with ensemble film, Thunderbolts*
Supposedly, an untitled Marvel movie is scheduled to begin shooting in the UK in autumn of 2025.

We know so many of the films in Marvel’s slate as they all get announced so early, and we’ve had confirmation in the past month or so that Spider-Man 4 begins filming in the summer.
So, could this mysterious film be Doctor Strange 3?
Fans on Reddit seem to think so.
It would make sense, we know about two Avengers films, the next Spider-Man outing in collaboration with Sony, and everything else is either announced or in production.

One fan has another theory, but even they aren’t convinced, “Doomsday is supposed to finish filming [...] around September 2025. They could film Secret Wars back-to-back like with Endgame, but I'd be surprised if they could keep that a secret.”
Everyone seems to be pointing to Doctor Strange.
We know director rumours and possible storylines have been floating around for a while, and it would make sense to have a Doctor Strange story running alongside the shenanigans of Avengers: DOOMSDAY and Avengers: Secret Wars, given his use of the multiverse.
Unless Marvel has finally worked out the kinks with Blade, or they have an unannounced project on the slate that needs extra secrecy, it seems the sorcerer supreme will be making a comeback.

I’d love to see this considering the last Doctor Strange outing ended on a cliffhanger about incursion events.
This has to be wrapped up before the multiverse saga comes to its conclusion, surely?
I know Marvel aren’t that fussed about dropped threads and plot holes, but we need closure on that story.
Hopefully, we get more news on this soon.
