To celebrate its launch on Disney Plus, Marvel has released the most befitting short trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine.

For years, fans have longed for the day Deadpool and Wolverine appeared together in a live-action movie (and not post-credit skits). Sadly, for whatever reason, 20th Century Fox never fulfilled that dream and fans were worried that the day would never come.

Thankfully, when Disney consumed just about every Marvel movie property in existence (apart from the Spider-Man Universe, which belongs to Sony), cogs were set in motion when Deadpool & Wolverine was teased in 2022.

This year, Deadpool & Wolverine finally arrived in cinemas and it was met with mostly positive reviews from critics and fans alike. On the aggregate website Rotten Tomatoes, Deadpool & Wolverine scored a respectable 78% from critics and 94% from the audience.

“Deadpool's peaceful existence comes crashing down when the Time Variance Authority recruits him to help safeguard the multiverse,” reads the synopsis of the movie.

“He soon unites with his would-be pal, Wolverine, to complete the mission and save his world from an existential threat.”

Deadpool & Wolverine has been available for digital and physical release for a short while but as of today, it’s now available to stream on Disney Plus for subscribers at no extra cost.

To celebrate its arrival on Disney Plus, the most Deadpool-inspired trailer has been released featuring everyone’s favourite pensioner, Blind Al.

“The ultimate duo is finally here. I have been eagerly waiting for a long time,” said krishnaptl997, replying to a tweet from Marvel Studios.

“This is so Deadpool,” iamchris0408 added.

“Oh well, I guess I know where my night is going now,” said TheNerdyDan.

“I watched it for the ‘Bye Bye Bye’ dance,” announced kushaljaiswal1.

Deadpool & Wolverine is available to buy, rent and stream now.
