The world of Harry Potter is far from over despite both the original book series and movies having wrapped up many years ago.
With the HBO television adaptation set to hit our screens in 2027, we have something else to look forward to in the meantime as a cast of big names get ready to lend their voices to a brand-new Audible series.
Known as Harry Potter: The Full-Cast Editions, this series will consist of brand-new audiobooks representing each of the original Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling.
At the time of writing, we already know that some big names will be starring in the new Audible series including Bill Nighy as Slughorn, Saoirse-Monica Jackson as Trelawny, Keira Knightley as Umbridge, Hugh Laurie as Dumbledore, Kit Harington as Lockhart and many more.

However, there is one budding actor that will not just be starring in the upcoming HBO television adaptation but will also be lending her voice to Harry Potter: The Full-Cast Editions.

That is none other than Arabella Stanton who is set to take on the role of Hermione in both adaptations and will of course take over from Emma Watson who played the exceptional witch in the Harry Potter movie series. Stanton was revealed to be taking on the role of Hermione back in May but for the first time, footage of her stepping into the witch’s shoes have been revealed thanks to an NDTV video on Youtube.
Giving us a glimpse into the recording for Harry Potter: The Full-Cast Editions, we can finally see Stanton in action as she enters the booth to record some of Hermione’s most iconic lines and it is safe to say that those casting directors deserve a raise.

Presenting the know-it-all attitude of Hermione with the childlike whimsy of a young girl, Stanton nails it and it seems as though fans agree.
Fans are already impressed
“That is wild,” one Youtube comment read, “Imagine being so good as a character from a story that you get hired to play her for two separate adaptations of it AT THE SAME TIME.
Like, I've seen people play the same character in other things years later (Warwick Davies is back for the TV show playing Flitwick, for instance) but I don't know of another occasion where such a thing like this has happened.”

Over on r/HarryPotteronHBO, the sentiment was the same.
“Yeah, she’s Hermione,” one fan said simply.
Although we are still a couple of years off the release of the Harry Potter television show, we now have a glimpse at what Stanton will be bringing to the table and we can only assume that her co-stars will live up to her talent.
In the meantime, it's leviOsa, not leviosA.
