The Batman Part 2 Tease Has Already Got Us Hyped

Holy Hype, Batman!

A recent tease for The Batman Part II starring Robert Pattinson has got us hyped, and we just want it released, right now!

Directed by Matt Reeves, despite having high hopes, when DC’s The Batman was released in 2022, its overall quality probably took many fans by surprise, especially with how superbly Robert Pattinson nailed a young Bruce Wayne.

Sure, I think we expected or hoped that it would be a good movie, but for me at least, The Batman far exceeded my hopeful expectations.

Those familiar with the talents of Robert Pattinson probably weren't all that surprised by his level of performance, but I have no doubts there were a good few people who struggled to look past the character he played in the Twilight saga.

Understandably, fans have been eager for the arrival of its sequel, The Batman Part II and while details on its plot are vague at this time, we’ve at least had a promising update.

As brought to our attention by Culture Crave, when a fan on Twitter asked the co-writer of The Batman Part II, Mattson Tomlin, if the sequel has the potential to be better than its predecessor, he replied:

“The only worthwhile reason to make a sequel to anything is because there's a story burning to be told that you believe can top what came before.”

Sure, the cryptic response might be stating the obvious, because it’s not like he’s going to reply “No, it’s going to be worse than The Batman.”

“That’s a great answer. My daughter was 11 when we went to see that, and we have been discussing the sequel ever since. We know it’s the Court of Owls… and Hush,” speculated fan bjmac10, in response.

“The hype is real,” declared Adept_J.

“Can you just tease something about the new villain?” pleaded Marra.

At the time of writing, The Batman Part II is slated to arrive in cinemas on 1 October 2027. That’s unless, of course, it suffers a delay, which is always likely.
