The Blood of Dawnwalker is a game that encourages replayability, and that’s soon going to be complimented by the addition of a new feature.
In Rebel Wolves’ debut title, protagonist Coen has just 30 days and 30 nights to save his family from vrakhiri leader Brencis.
How you use that time to prepare is completely up to you. Players cannot complete every in-game activity and quest, forcing decisions to be made on what is time well spent and what isn’t.
There are multiple approaches you can take in your final fight against Brencis, plus most of The Blood of Dawnwalker’s quests have varying outcomes.

It stands every chance then that most players are going to want to embark on multiple playthroughs, so thank goodness that the addition of New Game Plus has now been confirmed.
The Blood of Dawnwalker’s director has officially confirmed NG+
Yes, New Game Plus is on its way to The Blood of Dawnwalker, although we don’t have an exact date for its arrival.
The news was revealed by the game’s director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz in a Polish language stream on the PlayStation Polska YouTube channel.
“We do our best to be as friendly a studio as possible and simply create cool things for cool people, and that's all. New Game Plus, yes, it will be done,” Konrad said, as per an online translator.
“There’s going to be a New Game Plus?” the host replied.
“There will be,” Konrad added. “But I won’t tell you when.”
New Game Plus typically allows players to keep their character’s skills, weapons, and levels.
If you’re someone who’s trying to see all possible outcomes within The Blood of Dawnwalker, you could easily work through the required quests without having to level up with New Game Plus.
Of course, the outcome of the game changes depending on who you approach Brencis with, whether you parlay with him, whether you eliminate the Boyars beforehand, and whether you’ve let the timer run out.
There are other ‘secret’ endings including finding the gate out of Vale Sangora and working your way through a certain dream sequence.
These are all going to be much easier to approach via New Game Plus.

Needless to say, players of the game are thrilled.
“Let’s go! That guy daily posting actually did it,” wrote Reddit user TheZombieJ in response to the news.
“This will make it easier to get that Level 50 achievement too thankfully,” added TheRemedy.
“I guess I can get a different ending, will help to play already with my skills,” remarked jakibardgaming.
Other comments included the likes of, “Awesome! I loved this game, now I can start New Game Plus on Duelist and work towards my plat,” and, “I am so glad I waited for this before I can finish my first playthrough.”
Let’s hope the update is coming soon, plus we’d love to see the addition of a photo mode.
It’s perhaps unlikely that The Blood of Dawnwalker will receive any kind of DLC expansion as this portion of the story is nicely wrapped up, with a sequel set to take us to a new time setting and culture.
So if you are working your way towards a Platinum trophy and prefer not to save scum, have a little patience and await New Game Plus.
