Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is playable for free for a limited time

If you want to play the game before its release, now is the time to pay attention

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League still has roughly three months to go before it officially launches, yet there are already concerns over how good this game will be. Hopefully, with the action-adventure game soon to be playable for a limited time, those concerns will be put to rest.

When gameplay footage from the Rocksteady Studios game dropped earlier this month, fans were underwhelmed, to put it mildly. Not only did some label the game a “disaster”, others wondered how the devs behind the acclaimed Batman: Arkham Trilogy could have created such a game. Harsh words indeed. Especially with the game promising a map much larger than what we saw in the Batman: Arkham franchise, thus showing the attention to detail the devs are putting into this new chapter.

Take a look at the trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League!

Since then, Warner Bros. Games has announced a ‘Closed Alpha Tech Test’ which will be carried out from 30 November until 4 December for the DC-inspired title. From the looks of things, this “extremely confidential” closed testing will further allow Rocksteady and WB Games to get feedback from those who’ve had hands-on experience.

Those interested in taking part can sign up for the chance to be selected, though keep in mind that those who are successful will have to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) before they’re allowed to take part. Once again, we want to highlight how protective the devs and publishers are being with this game. Warner Bros. has also made clear, in no uncertain terms, that anyone who breaks the NDA will face legal action, which is a threat nobody wants to tempt.

For now, that’s all that Rocksteady and WB Games have shared with fans, though any further announcements will likely appear on the game's official website. Now it’s a case of waiting for the game to release on 2 Feb 2024. However, as the game has been delayed before, it remains to be seen whether the launch will go ahead as planned.
