Another week, another huge Stranger Things spoiler– and, once again, the same member of the cast is to blame.
If I had a nickel for every time Noah Schnapp spoiled an important plot point for season 5 of Stranger Things this month, I’d have two nickels. Spoil me once, shame on me. Spoil me twice, Netflix will come to your house and threaten to put you in the Upside Down.
In case it wasn’t already blindingly obvious from the previous two paragraphs and the title of this article, I am about to spoil some as-of-yet unrevealed info for the final half of the show’s last season. Well, Noah Schnapp is going to spoil it, but I digress.
Here’s your final warning: don’t read anything below this line if you want to remain spoiler free!

Alright, let’s recap the first spoiler for you in case you missed last month’s debacle.
Last week, Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, appeared alongside Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin on an episode of the Hot Ones spin-off show Hot Ones Versus.

Before the episode was re-edited to remove any reference to his accidental slip-up, fans realised that Schnapp straight up spoiled that Will created the tunnels featured in season 2 while he was under the control of Vecna… and that also, Vecna is under the control of an entirely different big bad: the Mind Flayer.

Pretty big spoiler, but I suppose it could have been worse. Oh, wait, never mind– it just got way worse.
As spotted by @Movies_analyst on Twitter, Noah Schnapp and his co-star Millie Bobby Brown sat down to talk to TV Guide this week, and Schnapp, once again, accidentally spoiled a major revelation for the upcoming half of season 5.
The two were asked by the host which of the characters in Stranger Things are the most “misunderstood”, to which Schnapp replied, “lowkey Vecna”.
Now, that’s a pretty big slip-up in itself, especially when tied to Schnapp’s previous slip-up in which he revealed that Vecna is being manipulated by an entirely different entity.

The most baffling part of the clip is that Millie Bobby Brown has to cut Schnapp off from revealing anything further by telling him to “shut up”, because he was seemingly about to explain the spoiler in even more detail.
Jeez, man. Aren’t they supposed to brief actors about what they can and can’t reveal during these press tours?
Unless… Netflix actually told him to spoil this, so some idiot on a website would write a story about it and give them some free press…
Wait a second…
