It’s almost written in the stars that Bethesda’s upcoming sci-fi RPG Starfield will be one of the biggest hits in years or at least Microsoft hopes so.

Recently, Microsoft has been lacking in quality exclusives on its latest Xbox machine, while Sony's PlayStation brand continues to lead the way with the PS5. Assuming we won't get another Redfall situation, fans are hoping that Starfield will live up to the anticipation and then some.

Check out the Starfield trailer below!

While fans wait for the release of Starfield, one has been keeping extremely busy by building spaceships, despite being roughly a couple of months away from launch. So, exactly how is the Starfield fan building ships already, I hear you ask?

Starfield spaceships are being created using the 3D creation suite Blender. The images we’ve seen are shared on Reddit by user Its_all_pixels. The images certainly look like they’ve been ripped straight from the Starfield creation suite, but sadly, they can’t be imported into the game.

We didn't expect to start seeing your #Starfield ships so soon... This Blender creation by u/Its_all_pixels is seriously impressive.https://t.co/CnDmcieReg pic.twitter.com/OS2reDADxh

However, Bethesda is impressed enough to share the creation on Twitter and it’s great to see the vision of this player's spaceship coming to life (so to speak), and we’re sure this is a trend that will likely catch on very soon.

Talking about Starfield creations, it seems that the character creation suite in Bethesda’s upcoming sci-fi may be more in-depth than we first thought, and a Starfield fan admits that the hype for the game is ‘keeping them going through depression’ and the Reddit thread heartwarmingly rallies in support.

Starfield will be released on 6 September 2023 for PC and Xbox Series X|S. That’s unless you pre-order the Premium or Constellation Edition, in which case it will be 1 September. Oh, and let's not forget that Starfield is also launching on Xbox Game Pass. Happy days!
