The story mode for GTA VI could be even bigger than not only GTA V but also Red Dead Redemption 2.
When it comes to crafting open-world action games, it doesn't get much better than what’s offered by Rockstar Games, whether it's Grand Theft Auto or Red Dead Redemption.
In particular, GTA V’s Los Santos is not only a huge map, but it’s packed full of interesting NPCs, side-missions, secrets and much more. The same can also be said for Red Dead Redemption 2, but on a much larger scale.
Then we have each of the main story campaigns, the heartbeat and glue of GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2, which keep players hooked throughout.

According to HowLongToBeat, it takes roughly 32 hours to finish the main campaign of GTA V, and 80 hours to complete everything, such as all the side activities.
As for Red Dead Redemption 2, it takes an estimated 50 hours to finish the main campaign and about 190 hours for completionists.
However, as brought to our attention by Comicbook.com, it’s rumoured that the main campaign of GTA VI will take us around 75 hours to finish, making it even larger than Red Dead Redemption 2.
It’s also claimed that GTA VI will be divided over six chapters, including its two-hour prologue, that’s at least according to the Twitter account, ‘GTA 6 Updates’.

It’s worth keeping in mind that these rumours are unconfirmed, so we should take them with a pinch of salt until proven otherwise. That being said, we will find out if the speculation is true either way when GTA VI releases next year.
