Skyrim Wild New Glitch Discovered: 'I'm Actually Speechless'

A bear-y good time

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is widely regarded as a modern-day classic but it is not just its fun gameplay, iconic characters, and impressive world-building which makes players return to it time and time again.

If there is one thing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has, or any of The Elder Scrolls titles for that matter, it is hilarious bugs and glitches, with some becoming so beloved that they have never been patched out or fixed.

As with any large-scale open-world RPG, players are probably going to run into problems along the way but as long as discovered glitches and bugs are not game breaking in any way, they usually can be forgiven and, of course, posted to social media at the earliest convenience.

That has always been the case for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with hundreds of hilarious glitches being reported over the years.

However, it seems as though another one has just been discovered and shared to r/skyrim for good measure.

The glitch was stumbled across by player Raffy126 who had quite an interesting encounter with a Cave Bear.

Upon summoning their bow and shooting the bear twice, the latter with the iconic slow-motion camera shot, the Cave Bear seemingly turned into a helium balloon and began to shoot across the map via the skies.

“I’m actually speechless," the user posted. “Is he ok?”

I’m not a vet but I’d say probably not but it did make for a funny encounter to say the least.

It was not long before viewers flocked to the comments to share their thoughts on yet another iconic Skyrim moment.

“This game is an actual masterpiece and nobody can convince me otherwise!” One user wrote.

Another agreed, adding, “I love when Skyrim does this kind of s*it.”

Only Bethesda could get away with such a thing and it seems that even after over a decade, the glitches just keep on coming.
