Red Dead Redemption 2 players surprised by hidden sex scene we didn't know existed

My oh my, we knew Red Dead Redemption 2 still had its share of secrets, but we didn't know those secrets would be so spicy.

When most of us think of Rockstar Games' celebrated Wild West prequel, it's fair to say we think about the heartbreak of its story, or the way in which we can ride around, taking names as we collect on those bounties. Few of us ever think about "having relations", yet it's a part of the game. One we've only just discovered.

A Red Dead Redemption 2 gamer has discovered a couple of characters getting mighty cosy during the homecoming party, and it's left them all quite shook. The characters in question are Sean and Karen; the two retreating to John's tent for some alone time away from prying eyes.

Those who've come across the scene before had other revelations to share, specifically that Karen can end up crying depending on how her rendezvous with Sean goes. "I’m not sure what triggers each situation, but you can encounter two scenarios in that tent (one where Karen starts crying and one where she doesn’t)," explained one knowledgeable player, before suggesting that the OP should aim for a fifth playthrough to cover all bases.

Karen's upset seems to be dependent on Sean's "success" – "Some playthroughs she’s satisfied and some she’s not," joked a fan.

Gamers who decided to peek behind the curtain, so to speak, found Karen and Sean standing there fully clothed. Maybe they don't like being watched, which we totally understand.

This secret sex scene is but one of many hidden features of the Red Dead Redemption franchise that keeps players coming back for more. Rockstar might be keeping us all waiting for GTA VI, but the wait will be worth it if we keep discovering scenes similar to this years later.
