Red Dead Redemption 2 player finds secret sexual 'encounter'

"I lost some honour in doing so, but I was just too curious."

Red Dead Redemption 2 is brimming with things to do and people to see - random encounters from the Night Folk to Gavin's friend to the swimmer who gives Arthur Morgan a view he won't forget sometime soon. However, there are even more events that require a keen ear to find, and this player found a couple that clearly love each other very much.

I'm still to properly play Red Dead Redemption 2. Firstly, the game is gorgeous and its world would captivate me with the painterly inspirations that the art team paid homage to during development. Then, there's the allure of the fame. Fame. I'm going to live forever etcetera. You're a part of the Van Der Lindes, an outlaw family that causes even the sternest authorities to tear their hair out in vain. Most importantly, I would like a little horsey. I even bookmarked the Reddit post for the one that I'd like to find.

Check out these hilarious Red Dead Redemption 2 wins and fails below!

Of course, I'm under no impressions that the life of Arthur Morgan was nothing but sunshine and rainbows. In fact, the honor system pays attention to even the smallest of acts, and this player found that their karma took a hit when they played peeping Tom on a couple zooted out of their minds post-coitus.

"I'm in Chapter 2 (second playthrough) and I was going to camp from Valentine, at about 8 pm," said Reddit user offalreek, setting the scene. "I heard two NPCs commenting on a couple having sex: they were looking through a window on the back of a house on my right (going towards the train station). Arthur came closer and the two NPCs went away... but to my surprise, the [prompt] to look for myself came up on screen! I lost some honour in doing so, and again while I kept looking, but I was just too curious."

They weren't quick enough to screenshot the goings-on - probably a good thing in hindsight - but they were shocked that they'd never found this event before. "And sure enough, inside the house there were a man and woman, both in underwear on a bed... smoking with hookah nonetheless! They were actually super stoned and the man was rambling nonsense while the woman just kept on smoking," they continued, calling it one of the most amazing encounters they've ever seen in a game.
