Congratulations on making it to yet another Friday. Your reward? The latest edition of Xbox’s Free Play Days.
This time around, only two free games are available to enjoy; one requires a Game Pass subscription whilst the other doesn’t.
Let’s begin with the latter. All Xbox users can enjoy playing Rubber Bandits from now until the end of Sunday 29 March without the need of an Xbox Game Pass subscription.
Rubber Bandits is a hilarious multiplayer brawler where your goal is to essentially steal loot all whilst fending off your opponents and flinging them across the room.

“Brace yourself for absolute nonsense in Rubber Bandits – the gloriously chaotic multiplayer
brawler where the only real strategy is grab something and swing it,” the synopsis reads.
“Steal loot, bonk your friends, and fling opponents across the room in ridiculous heist scenarios where physics is more of a suggestion than a rule.
“Will you escape with the cash… or get launched through a window holding a rubber chicken?”
You can likely see just how silly Rubber Bandits can get. If you do want to continue playing this one past Sunday, it’ll set you back $9.99 to pick up a full copy.
Pricing may vary by region.
If you happen to also have an Xbox Game Pass subscription, no matter the tier, you can also enjoy Train Sim World 6: Thomas & Friends Edition.
This one’s also available until the end of Sunday and while it may not have been a title that was at the top of your wishlist, you might get a kick out of its relaxed, laidback gameplay.
This is, if you hadn’t gathered, the base game of Train Sim World 6 bundled with a Thomas The Tank Engine themed expansion released for the franchise’s 80th anniversary.
It also includes a free starter pack to help get your new railway career underway.

“Join in the fun and welcome the Engines of Sodor as Thomas, Annie, Clarabel, Diesel and the Troublesome Trucks arrive for story-based adventures across the West Somerset Railway,” the description reads.
Players will operate various trains in the Training Center before venturing out into the world, experiencing both hobby and master trains.
If you want to continue playing this one after Free Play Days draws to a close, it’s currently on offer for $19.99 instead of $39.99.
This isn’t the greatest Free Play Days event we’ve ever seen, so let’s hope next week’s version is a little stronger.
