In a nutshell, the Xbox Design Lab lets you customise your official Xbox controller to your heart's content and the customisation also extends to the premium Elite controller. The Xbox Design Lab offers a variety of colours to choose from which can be applied to the face of the controller, the rear and all of its buttons, analogue sticks and the D-Pad.

If there was a flaw with the Xbox Design Lab, it's that it doesn't offer complete freedom when it comes to choosing colours as you have to select from a batch of designs, but it’s still neat nonetheless.
