Starfield players prefer to travel alone because Constellation grumble and moan

Just stop talking!

Travelling across space is one of the biggest features of Starfield and many players are choosing to forgo a crew simply because the members of Constellation do nothing but moan. Or chat random nonsense that becomes infuriating over time.

It's no surprise that players are venting their frustrations over on Reddit. The post creator gives a good run down of each member of Constellation and why they dislike them so much. They make some good points. I personally ended up only travelling with Andreja after I married her because she was the least annoying of the bunch.

Take a look at our review of Starfield below.

Post creator u/Travolen mentions, "Sam Coe is just that one coworker that always disappears and never does any work." They continue, nailing the issues with Sarah, "Sarah is like the HR person that complains about everything. Always vigilant to find a chance to ruin the fun."

The ribbing of Constellation is great and the comments don't disappoint. One user says, "Sarah used incendiary weapons on civilians, then berated me about using lethal force because I used my fists." It seems many players hate Sarah, u/DJAXLE69 comments, "I disliked Sarah, so I made an outpost on a desolate moon called 'Sarah's Penance' and stranded her on it."

Some prefer hanging out with Vasco because "he never judges my actions." It seems Vasco and Walter get the least vitriol because of their simple natures. The former only lives to serve and the latter is just happy to be exploring space, with a few Redditors commenting that he was "surprisingly likeable, for a billionaire."

I've got to give it to u/Effective-Camel4722 who nailed it, writing, "Constellation isn't a family, as they claim. It's just an office where someone is either hostile or unwelcomed."

The key problem is the background chatter when flying around in your ship. Inane comments come thick and fast whenever you take-off or land, making you wish each member of the crew had a mute button.
