Halo fans can currently pre-order a legendary item to celebrate the OG trilogy games and their iconic soundtracks.

While Halo has certainly had its ups and downs over the years, one thing has remained constant in the series’ life, the music has always slapped.

Halo Infinite is currently amidst a new season celebrating Halo 2 in all of its majesty, check out the trailer below.

Whether it’s exploring the beach of the Silent Cartographer or making one final push against the Covenant on The Ark, the music of Halo is made eternal through the love of its players, and now you can own the soundtracks to the first three games on vinyl.

Recently announced by Laced Records, the Halo Vinyl Soundtrack contains a whopping eight LPs, featuring some of the fantastic tunes the series is known for. This includes the more sombre tracks played while taking in the sights, to the intense battle music for when you’re finishing the fight.

They’re also gorgeously colour-coded.

Halo: Combat Evolved is green, like when you first step out onto the Halo ring, with Halo 2 being orange, like the hues of New Mombasa.

Halo 3 is a cool blue, reminiscent of Cortana and Chief’s mission to rescue her.

You can either buy all three in a bundle or individually, the choice is yours. Be warned though as they have a hefty price tag attached.

That said, if you’re a hardcore Halo fan and have a deep admiration for the music, this is a must-buy and would make a great addition to your collection if you own other video game soundtracks.

Pre-orders for the vinyl collection are available now, and the estimated arrival date is stated as sometime in April 2025. Quite a while off at the time of writing, but it’s good to get your order in now if you want one on launch day.
