Steam has another batch of free games to check out, no payment required.
If you’re just waking up on this rather rainy Sunday morning, you might be more tempted to stay in and play video games rather than venturing outside.
Whether you’re stuck on what to play, or just fancy taking a look at some new releases, we’ve compiled a list of four games that have just hit Steam which you can download for absolutely no charge.
By grabbing these games and adding them to your library, you’ll be able to keep them until the end of time, even if they become delisted from the store.

The four games that are available for free are as follows:
- Bloodquest From Hell, a first person exploration game made in Unreal Engine. You play as a humble fry cook, who must journey through a mysterious portal in order to keep your job.
- Syncers, a multiplayer versus space brawler where you pilot tiny ships in low poly environments, with the goal of beating your opponents.
- Space Ace, a 2D top-down shooter that focuses on upgrading your ship to fight through levels of bosses and smaller enemies.
- Hold Me Still, a point-and-click puzzle mystery game where you investigate your friend's disappearance by exploring their house, collecting clues, solving puzzles, and uncovering the truth.
You can download any of these games by clicking on the links, where you’ll be taken to Steam and can add them to your library from there.

As for which games might be best worth checking out, Bloodquest from Hell seems like a winner. It’s a “What if SpongeBob SquarePants was in Doom?” kind of premise, I guess. Meanwhile, Space Ace also looks fun for those who enjoy a good fast-paced shooter.
Hold Me Still also looks like an interesting short experience, considering it was made by a 14-year-old student for a project. However, some users have warned that the game does not support English language after the introduction, so you may not be able to progress too far into the game if you can’t read Korean.
