If you’re like me and enjoy surfing the front page of Steam for interesting releases, you may occasionally spot some new free games that are up for grabs.
When budgets get tight, and some games start becoming a little too expensive, it’s worth falling back on those releases that don’t cost you a cent to check out.
In the past month, four new free games have been spotted making the rounds on Steam, and if you have any interest in playing them, we’ve listed them here for you to grab.

If you’d like to try any of these games for yourself, simply head to their respective Steam store page and click the green “Play Game” button.
Be sure to check the system requirements with your own PC, as some of these games might not run if you don’t meet them. However, they're all pretty low-spec, so any PC from the past decade should play them no problem.
In addition to these four games, we also covered another brand new Steam release that is also completely free. Coloring Voxels is a free 3D painting and building game aimed at young children, which should make for a nice relaxing time.
