If you’re looking for some video games to help pass the time this week or the upcoming weekend, then you might want to check out these six free Steam games available to download and play right now.

Sometimes it’s nice to play video games on PC without spending a penny, especially when we’ve not got much money to spare. Thankfully, digital platforms such as Steam, Xbox Marketplace, PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop have a plethora of free offerings whether it be demos, trials or simply free-to-play games such as Fortnite to enjoy.

Check out the Ding Dong Dang trailer below!

While there are thousands of games to choose from on the Steam store, as brought to our attention by the Twitter account Free Steam Games, here are six free PC games that you can download and play for free right now:

  • Ding Dong Dang: “is the most interesting casual MMO game! Series of the Crayon Shin-chan are waiting for discovery! There are three islands here to explore, each island has its own style.”
  • Screw Drivers: “Fun physics and high-speed races! Craft vehicles cleverly by combining building blocks and mechanical parts to create powerful drivetrains. Unlock new parts, race for the gold, and challenge your friends in multiplayer.”
  • Terra Inferno: “Humans are ruining the lush world of Terra Inferno! Embody nature's wrath in this turn-based tactics meets resource management game, evoke natural calamities to devastate the human onslaught!”
  • Sicaria: “Antwerp 1576, Spanish Fury is putting the city to the sword. You intend to stop the atrocities by eliminating the menace.”
  • Ale & Tale Tavern - First Pints: “Get ready for a thrilling mix of genres: a cooperative, first-person, open-world fantasy tavern simulator, action, fishing, hunting, exploration, and completing fun and diverse quests.”
  • Night Project: “Indie project in the horror genre, the purpose of which is to solve the big plot of the game universe by searching for notes, talking to people, exploring locations, as well as dreams. The main villain, whose name is "Kili", will interfere with you.”

So, there you have it, those are just six free games that you can check out on Steam right now. Hopefully, at least one of the above games tickles your fancy.
