Steam drops 3 free downloads you've 1 week to claim

Grab 'em quick before they're gone for good

You have one week left to grab three freebies through Steam, and once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

It’s everyone’s favourite time of the month: free Steam stuff time!

Alright, well, every day is technically “free Steam stuff time”, considering the amount of new games that are given away every day, but this time it’s different.

That’s because the freebies that are on offer today will permanently disappear for good once July 21 rolls around, so you have to nab them now or you’ll have lost your chance forever.

As part of Steam’s latest Steam Fest, dubbed "The Steam Automation Fest", Valve is currently giving away three free items for you to customise your profile with.

These include the Pick and Place animated avatar, the Conveyor Carry avatar frame, and the Parcel Pass animated sticker. All of these can be redeemed by heading over to The Points Shop (so long as The Steam Automation Fest is still running).

Personally, I like the look of the little fella in the Pick and Place animated avatar. God, I wish I felt that fulfilled in life. Bro is just straight up vibing…

Sorry, ignore my existential crisis. There’s also a bunch of new demos available through Steam as part of The Steam Automation Fest, many of which dropped specifically for the event itself.

If you want any recommendations on which ones to try out for yourself, I suggest you give my other article a read instead.

Now, I wonder what kind of Steam Fest we’ll get next month to replace this one? Usually, I’d make a joke about a Fishing Fest or something, but they actually already held that one recently.

What is the most outlandish Fest they could possibly hold? Something they’ve never done before? Hmm…

Oh, I got it. What about a Fest for games featuring horse girls?
