When worlds collide, a fight for survival is sure to ensue.

The question is, will you be able to make it through the trials and tribulations of this new world...?

Plenty of survival games are on the market, however, not all are created equally.

As a result, it can sometimes prove difficult to find an experience that ticks all the right boxes.

If you’ve been playing Fallout but feel it needs a touch of BioShock, with a dash of Subnautica, you’re in luck because this game rolls all that action into one package.

Sunkenland is a game on Steam, set in a post-apocalyptic world covered in water.

This means you need to keep your wits about you above and below the waves.

There's a world above and below the waves in Sunkenland

“Explore the sunken skyscrapers, nuclear power plants and subway tunnel. Gather resources, seek out lost technologies, and collect rare pre-apocalypse items.

“Build diving devices to assist your underwater journey. And be wary of the unknown danger awaiting you in the depths of this planet.”

Since its launch last year, this title has proven extremely popular.

If you visit its Steam page, you’ll see many positive reviews saying how “fun” and “cool” the experience is.

One reviewer said, “This is actually a really solid survival game despite being in early access.

“It's also NOT a grinding slog to upgrade to next tier of equipment, I managed to get to modern weapons in a single day.”

Another player commented, “Bought this gem a couple weeks ago, finally got around to playing it as of today and was hooked for four and a half hours!”

There are still bugs that need to be addressed by the developers, however, those are somewhat expected in an early access game.

Furthermore, for only £16.75, you’re getting a game that should continue to grow as the devs implement changes, add new content, and so forth.

Scratch that BioShock/Fallout itch with Sunkenland today.
