Bloodborne is one of my favourite games ever made and Cyberpunk 2077 is a masterpiece in its own right, and while Lost Soul Aside has a lot in common with both titles it’s made headlines for all the wrong reasons…
Before we get into that you should know that you can try the game out for free right now on Steam. A demo of the game can also be found on the PlayStation Store.

Visually the game is quite stunning, no complaints there, but it’s the gameplay that’s making players laugh.
One example I’ve seen is one of the game’s combat encounters, where they simply stood still as the enemy approached, encircled and proceeded to do absolutely nothing…

With frustrating level design and a lack of aggressive enemies it feels like a revival of Devil May Cry 2…

The game already has Mixed reviews on Steam, with many calling it the worst game to release in 2025 so far.
Again I’d urge you to try the free demo on either Steam or the PlayStation store and form your own opinion of it, but I think we should all be thankful that these demos exist at all, otherwise you could be stuck with a poor game that you can’t refund…
