Red Dead Redemption 2 players on PlayStation can claim a bonus free download right now, which is great news for anyone who just so happens to still have the 105GB game sat on their system storage.

Not that I'd ever complain about an excuse to redownload Red Dead Redemption 2, mind you. It remains one of the most beautiful and detailed open-world video games of all time, and I'm never much more than one gust of wind away from starting the damn game all over again.

Take a look at some of the best Red Dead Redemption 2 wins and fails below!

If you're a PlayStation gamer and currently have Red Dead Redemption 2 installed - or don't mind getting it downloaded again - you can claim a shiny new freebie right now.

All you need is a PlayStation and a copy of the game, as mentioned above, plus a PlayStation Stars account. It's worth noting PlayStation Stars is totally free to sign up to, and you really should be signed up if you're not already.

As part of one of May's monthly campaigns, players can load up Red Dead Redemption 2 and grab an exclusive digital freebie.

"Our journey to celebrate the RPG genre and its influence continues with The Outlaw," PlayStation writes. "These characters defy law and order to fight for what they believe in. Play any one of these titles to get your Digital Collectible tarot card."

  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • Grand Theft Auto V
  • LIke a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
  • Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name
  • Red Dead Redemption 2
  • Payday 3

If you've not already got PlayStation Stars this is your reminder to get on it. While the digital collectibles might not grab your attention, the service also lets you earn points that can be exchanged for free store credit. Why would you not want money off your next purchase?
