PlayStation Plus has once again confirmed their latest offering of free games for the next month or so, and while it isn't an all-timer selection, there are plenty of solid releases that are well worth downloading and playing if you haven't yet.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and Resident Evil: Village may well be the titles that jump out most immediately, given the franchises they are connected to, but there are some other great picks that are worth your time.
A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is a very decent horror tie-in that should work well for fans of the movies, while The Exit 8, Art of Rally and A Little to the Left are all good genre entries if you’re an existing fan.
There is one other game on the list though, and fans online think it could easily be the best of the bunch.
Darkest Dungeon II Remains A Firm Fan Favourite

Over on Reddit, one user shared a post detailing the PlayStation Plus additions for January, and it's safe to say that Darkest Dungeon II was the option that stood out for most people amongst an already solid list.
"On the one hand I really enjoyed Darkest Dungeon 1 and want to try the sequel, on the other hand I am something of a completionist and know it will take a looooong time to finish. Good to have the option regardless," one comment read.
"Happy with Darkest Dungeon 2. I own Infinite Wealth and horror isn't for me so the leak wasn't looking like a good month until that," another added.
A third said: "I knew Infinite Wealth would show up here eventually!

"Just wasn't expecting it already, and really did not see Darkest Dungeon 2 coming in like that."
"I think it’s funny that the two Extra games that Billbil-kun [a well-known leaker] didn’t mention (Darkest Dungeon II and A Little To The Left) are the ones I’m most interested in, I was ready to just dismiss this month all together," another confirmed.
If you haven't come across the game just yet, Darkest Dungeon II is a highly impressive roguelike where you set out in your stagecoach on a quest to stop the apocalypse. Pitching itself as a "road trip of the damned," it has a beautiful, unique art style and impressive gameplay loops that you won't have seen from other genre entries.
As mentioned, it's part of the PlayStation Plus free game rotation, so you can download it for free if you subscribe to the Extra tier or above.
