You can check out one of the best and most underrated games for free if you subscribe to PlayStation Plus right now.
One of the perks for subscribing to PlayStation Plus Premium, other than having loads more games to play, including retro classics, as well as a curated selection of free movies, cloud streaming and more, are trials.
The PlayStation Plus Premium trials are very much like the traditional demo; however, your game progress and any trophies that you earn will carry over into the full game, should you decide to make the purchase, or if it becomes available on PS Plus.

That being said, it’s a shame that these trials aren't available for all tiers of PlayStation Plus, but it is what it is. That aside, if you do subscribe to PS Plus Premium and Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream just so happens to be a game on your radar, but you’ve not taken the plunge yet, today is your lucky day.
Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is available as a one-hour trial for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers, and during that time, the whole game will be accessible. Well, as much as a limited 60-minute trial would allow. Just a heads up, if you play any PS Plus trial, do not leave the game paused, because the limited time will continue to count down.
Should you decide to buy the full game, at the time of writing, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is not discounted or in the PlayStation Plus library. However, once the hour-trial has concluded, as long as the save file remains on your console or in the cloud, you can continue where you left off at any point.

“Experience an isometric, narrative-driven stealth game and join Hanna’s adventure in the vibrant city of Eriksholm. The mysterious disappearance of her brother, Herman, ignites a chain of catastrophic events that will forever change their lives and the fate of the entire city,” reads the synopsis of the game.
“Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream has it all. Between its thoughtful gameplay and enrapturing world, like the light-footed Hanna, River End Games hasn’t put a step wrong. It’s easily one of the most enjoyable games I’ve played this year and a welcome reminder that creativity and talent can still find a platform to shine within our troubled industry,” said GAMINGbible’s Kate in her review, scoring it an “Exceptional” 9/10.
On the PlayStation Store, it has scored 4.75 stars out of 5, as rated by over 1,400 gamers. On the PC platform Steam, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is rated “Overwhelmingly Positive” from over 1,000 user reviews.
“I really loved the isometric art style, the characters, the story, and the cutscenes. The visuals are absolutely beautiful. It's one of those games that stays with you long after you finish it. Definitely worth playing!” recommended ZuLu
“I love stealth games, but I never played an isometric one. This one is a hidden gem, and it was so satisfying when everything you planned worked,” said pneumotorace.
Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
