Who loves a video game-related freebie? Well of course you do, who wouldn't? Well, unless it was the woeful The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, then I may have to pass, sorry Gandalf.

Earlier this week, Sony announced the batch of PlayStation Plus February 2024 offerings for the Essential tier. The titles included in this month's PS Plus Essential tier are the Splatoon-like Foamstars, Rollerdrome and Steelrising, all arriving on Tuesday 6 February 2024.

Check out the Rollerdrome trailer below!

In our review of Rollerdrome, we said, “It’s an incredible sport and action game, with fun lore pieces to ponder while you’re not catching air, grinding lips and shotgunning opponents. To put it simply, don’t miss out on Rollerdrome.”

It’s certainly been a big week for PlayStation gamers, especially following the most recent State of Play digital event. During this week's State of Play, we were treated to new gameplay of the Silent Hill 2 remake, our first look at a new (and free) Silent Hill game as well as a wacky nine-minute trailer for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

Not content with offering new games every month as well as discounts for all three PlayStation Plus subscription tiers, we can all enjoy the benefit of claiming free and exclusive DLC for some of our favourite video games.

Announced alongside the PS Plus February 2024 titles is the ‘Fall Guys Icons Pack’ which is available to subscribers at no extra cost, and it’s exclusive, so you won't be able to claim this DLC anywhere else. The Fall Guys DLC pack includes cosmetic items inspired by Insomniac Games’ Ratchet and Clank, and Guerilla Games’ Horizon series.

The ‘Fall Guys Icons Pack’ includes:

  • Ratchet (Whole Costume)
  • Clank (Whole Costume)
  • Aloy (Whole Costume)
  • Groovitron (Emote)
  • Clank’s Laugh (Emote)
  • Lombax (Pattern)
  • Clank (Pattern)
  • Seeker (Pattern)
  • Ratchet (Colour)

  • Ratchet (Nameplate)

  • Horizon (Nameplate)

  • Seeker (Nickname)

The free ‘Fall Guys Icons Pack’ can be found in the PS Plus tab of the PlayStation Store in the ‘Exclusive Packs’ section. Enjoy!
