God bless free-to-play games, and if you have a few on your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 you can earn a neat little freebie just from booting them up.

Games are expensive nowadays, especially if you’ve got a new-gen console or any Nintendo console ever, so free-to-play games are perfect for those wanting some evening fun without breaking the bank.

Indiana Jones and the Great CIrcle is coming to PlayStation 5! Check out the trailer for the upcoming Indy game below

If you regularly use PlayStation Stars too you can earn a pretty cool freebie just for playing one of several free games.

The reward on offer is the Free To Play Festival 2024, but you haven’t got long to get your hands on it, around 24 hours.

Luckily unlocking it is very straight-forward, all you have to do is accept the challenge on the PlayStation Stars app, and play either Fortnite, Call of Duty Warzone 2.0, Honkai Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Warframe, or Apex Legends.

Personally I’d go with Fortnite, as the game recently kicked off its newest season which is Marvel themed, with loads of cool weapons based on its superheroes and villains.

Failing that, I've heard good things about Apex Legends, and I know quite a few people who are fans of Honkai Star Rail.

Play any of these titles though and you’ll automatically receive the freebie, which I can’t stress enough does absolutely nothing, it’s just something nice to look at when you’re in the PlayStation Stars app.

That being said some people really like collecting these, and given how it’ll cost you nothing to get no harm no foul right?

This PlayStation Stars challenge expires this Saturday, so you really don’t have long to add this freebie to your collection if you want to.
