Stardew Valley may be celebrating its ten-year anniversary next year but thanks to its dedicated community, the game is still maintaining its massive popularity.
Widely regarded as the best farming simulation game in recent years, Stardew Valley is still as popular today as it was when it was first released back in 2016.

Thanks to regular updates from developer ConcernedApe, millions of fans still flock to the cosy valley to chase after romantic partners and build a bustling town.
However, thanks to this free download, there is even more reason to start up a new save and get exploring.
Curated by JennaJuffuffles, Stardew Valley VERY Expanded is a free mod for the game which “expands outside of Pelican Town with an expanded collection designed to stay true to the original game.
Perfect for both solo and co-op players, this collection of mods comes together to add new and exciting additions to Stardew Valley.
So let us take a look at a few examples.
The Stardew Valley Expansion mod by FlashShifter adds “27 new NPCs, 50 locations, 260 character events, 27 fish, reimagined vanilla areas, a new farm map, a reimagined world map reflecting all changes, new music, questlines, festivals, and many miscellaneous additions!”
There is also East Scarp by LemurKat which adds a picturesque neighbourhood by the sea and is complete once again with new locations, NPCs, items, and more.
You can also add some new NPCs to your game such as Rodney, Lunna, Mateo and Hector, Sen, Nora, and more.
They have each been created by individual modders but can all be added in one go thanks to this mod collection.
Overall, this mod collection is a must-have for any Stardew Valley fan and better yet, it is completely free.
