If you’re a fan of both Baldur’s Gate 3 and Stardew Valley, then I have just the treat for you.
‘Baldur’s Village’ is a brand new mod that essentially brings the world of Larian Studios’ acclaimed GOTY-winning RPG to Stardew Valley.
Created by the baldursvillage modding team, it’s been in the works for quite some time with the first iteration of the mod now finally available to download for free via NexusMods.
It goes without saying that only those of you playing Stardew Valley on PC will be able to enjoy this one.

Avowed is an RPG that’ll likely appeal to the Baldur’s Gate 3 fans amongst you.
‘Baldur’s Village’ introduces over 20 of Baldur’s Gate 3’s various characters, including the likes of Astarion, Shadowheart, and Karlach.
You’ll also get to enjoy six new locations, as well as various new shops, items, and dynamic events.
“A new village has recently been built north of Pelican Town, and its new residents seem... rather unusual. You can find the entrance to Baldur's Village at the top of the southern mountain map, right next to Linus' tent,” the mod’s description reads.
“Baldur's Village is a large expansion mod for Stardew Valley, inspired by Baldur’s Gate 3. It introduces a brand-new village map and NPCs while staying true to the game's original atmosphere. Among them, Astarion features a fully developed personal storyline and is available for marriage.”
Yes, you read that correctly. You can romance Astarion all over again.
If you want to install this mod, it does require SMAPI, Content Patcher, and Portraiture to also be installed.
You don’t need to worry about starting a new save though. ‘Baldur’s Village’ will work with an existing playthrough.
And additional content is set to eventually arrive.
A Halsin romance storyline is in the works, with “world-building, background stories, and gameplay” set to become the focus after that.
