Not to poo-poo Hogwarts Legacy, but this free Harry Potter RPG blows it out of the water. Warner Bros Games, take notes because this is how it’s done.
It’s hard being a Hogwarts Legacy fan right now; though we argue it always has been, given a certain author who always rears their head up when you least want them to.
Most recently, JK Rowling has spoken harshly against both Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson for their support of trans rights, with Rowling appearing to hold a grudge against the actors’ stance on equality for all.
Live the magic with Hogwarts Legacy

In light of recent events, perhaps we’re looking at Hogwarts Legacy will an even more critical lens. Or maybe this free Harry Potter RPG is simply better in terms of creativity, depth, and entertainment.
‘Witchcraft and Wizardry’ created by The Floo Network is a Minecraft mod, but it plays like an “entire game”. As one seriously impressed fan remarked, “It's crazy how this is a mod... Dude literally made an entire game.”
Another playfully teased, “At last, a Harry Potter wpen-world RPG game that I can finally get my hands on. Even though it looks Minecraft-y.”
It does have that aesthetic about it, doesn’t it...!
This “impressive” experience is available for PC gamers for free; if you’ve been wanting a Harry Potter game that truly lets you explore to your heart’s content, this is the one for you.
If you’d prefer to stay in the comforting grounds of Hogwarts, there are some interesting hidden areas still be to be found. They might not give you many answers, but they raise a lot of questions.
Those of you who want to explore ‘Witchcraft and Wizardry’ need to head to Planet Minecraft to begin that sweet wizarding download.
