Dungeons & Dragons RPG drops over $100 of free content in huge Epic Games Store giveaway

Dungeons & Dragons fans are in for a treat, with over $100 worth of free DLC up for grabs in a limited-time Epic Games Store giveaway. However, you might want to act fast, because this generous RPG freebie won't be available for long.

The free DLC in question is Morte's Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, a free-to-play Dungeons & Dragons strategy RPG developed and published by Codename Entertainment.

Morte's Renown Pack is available to claim for free until November 12, 2026, so you don't have forever to grab it. In this strategy RPG, players can recruit Champions, build formations and come up with strategies to defeat their enemies. You may even recognise a few familiar faces from Larian Studios' Baldur's Gate 3.

Here's what's included in the free $100 Dungeons & Dragons DLC

Morte's Renown Pack includes five Champions: Morte, Nordom, Donaar, Sentry and Shandie. You'll also receive 32 Platinum Chests for each Champion, so that's a whopping 160 chests in total.

Players will also receive two week-long potions and an exclusive Kapak Draconian Familiar. If you're unfamiliar with Familiars, they're basically in-game companions that can help collect gold and level up your Champions. It's a great bundle for veterans and newcomers alike.

How to claim the free Dungeons & Dragons DLC on Epic Games Store

All you have to do is log in to Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms through the Epic Games Store between now and November 12, 2026. There's no need to enter a code or complete any challenges, but you must launch the game through the Epic Games Store. The free content should then appear in your game. That's it.

Remember, this is a free-to-play game, so no purchase is necessary. However, as you'd expect from a free-to-play strategy RPG, there are optional in-game purchases.

While Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is available on multiple platforms, including PlayStation and Xbox, this particular DLC giveaway is exclusive to the Epic Games Store. The Nintendo Switch version was discontinued in 2024.
